Insight Hub

Feature: We have added a new NHS App report to the Insight Hub, allowing you to see how patients are engaging with the app. 

Benefit: You can now track activity within the NHS App: appointments viewed, messages delivered and opened, letters viewed and questionnaires completed. Each figure sits next to your overall activity, so you can see how much engagement the app is driving.
